Returns / Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are Non-returnable
To complete your return:
1. Email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include your order number, First Name, and Last Name, and proof of purchase.
Once verified, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization Number. If you would like to use our prepaid shipping label (emailed to you), you will be charged $4.95, which will be deducted from your return. If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, the item(s) will need to be sent with tracking information.
2. Ship your items!
Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located inside the original package.
Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:
1.Items you are returning
2.Copy of the Returns slip
3.Copy of original packing slip
Credits on Returns:
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
If you need to exchange an item please email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your exchange. Once you receive your RA you will need to ship your exchange to us. We will ship your exchange once we receive and process your original item. This process can take 5-7 business days.
